Machine Features

1. High-precision sensor, measuring instantaneously, fast, and accuracy within ±0.3-1.5g.

2. Using stepper motor, quiet operation, stable movement and long service life.

3. According to the characteristics of the object to be weighed, the opening and closing speed of the hopper door can be finely adjusted to prevent crushing.

4. All parts are made of stainless steel, clean and easy to clean.

The packaging machine can be combined into a large-scale production line, and can also cooperate with the conveyor belt to input a large number of materials and output finished packaging bags. It is mainly aimed at large factories and products with large output.

Put the material into the hopper and lift the combined scale through the Z-type feeder. The combined scale will automatically measure to the target weight, then discharge the material to the packaging bag, and finally seal and cut the bag through high temperature. The machine is changed to automatically complete the entire production process of feeding, measuring, filling and bag making, printing the date, and product output.

All kinds of irregular, granule, blocky, strip-shaped, high precision and easy-to-break bulk packaging, such as puffed food, shrimp, potato chips, fruit slices, casserole, peanuts, melon seeds, candy, biscuits, broad beans etc.
